Becoming better together. Our Large Group Classes are led by amazing instructors who are motivated to deliver safe and effective training in a welcoming atmosphere. Each class is challenging regardless of your fitness level, but you are never made to feel like you are being left behind. The instructors will provide correction in exercise form and exercise modifications for those that need it.
If you haven’t been to a Grinder Gym class, then you’re missing out on one of the best workouts around. Our Large Group Classes are designed to give you the maximum benefit with a minimal investment in your daily schedule.
All Grinder Gym classes include a dynamic warm up, cardiovascular conditioning, resistance training, abdominal training, and a cool down. Each of our classes has a specific focus allowing it to be included in your current training program or you may attend more frequently and utilize the classes as a stand alone training program. Some classes require an introduction to allow for skills training. All classes provide options to accommodate different levels of fitness.
