Muscle turns you into a fat-burning furnace. Losing muscle means it is easier for you to gain unwanted body fat. Strong muscles support your joints, and help you to do the things you want to do with less risk of injury. Combining your strength training with cardio, mobility, and good eating habits will set you on the course to a lean and toned physique in record time.
