Planning and preparing the right fuel for your goals is a life skill everyone must learn. You will learn the best foods to have for your transformation. You will learn about food combinations and how to make the right exchanges to keep your meals balanced. You will learn nutrient timing and calorie cycling for optimal results. You learn how to plan and prep your meals in advance and how to schedule the meals for your day. Everything we teach you about nutrition will benefit you for life!
You will learn exactly how to do all of your exercises with proper form. It is possible that exercise performed incorrectly may lead to injury, but will certainly not produce the optimum results. When you learn the proper form for each individual exercise, you experience an increase in confidence throughout your training. There will be times in your training when you can be a little “loose” with your exercise technique, but for the most part, you should perform all the lifts done in your group sessions with light to moderate resistance using controlled movements. The use of more explosive movements, looser training form, and lifting heavier weights will come as you take on new challenges in one of many of our programs.
Seeing results keeps us all committed to the process and motivated for more progress. Performing some form of weekly progress assessment is critical to maintaining your commitment. Every test doesn’t need to be a weigh-in or body fat testing, these can be performed every two to three weeks, but you need to have ways to check in daily on how your program is working. We will measure, and take the weight, and body fat assessments every two weeks in our transformation programs. We don’t guess when we can assess.
