DROP IN POLICY
We love meeting new people and sharing the Grinder Gym experience. You are totally welcome to do a daily drop in if you are in the area for a short time or just looking to pop in and train on some equipment we have.
DROP IN RATES: OPEN GYM $15 / LARGE GROUP CLASS $30/ SMALL GROUP CLASS $50
OPEN GYM
Grinder Gym does have Open Gym. However we are first and foremost a training facility. We have a team of expert coaches and want all of our members to get the most from their training. That being said we do offer a limited number of Open Gym memberships and will offer guest passes promotions to off peak times during our hours of operation.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Grinder Gym coaches are available for private one-on-on and semi private personal training sessions throughout the day. To inquire about or schedule personal training with one of our trainers, please give us a call at (619) 840-8175. Please allow 24 hrs advance notice for us to schedule you a private training session.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
M/W: 10:00 – 11:00 am, 12:00 – 1:00 pm, & 4:00 – 5:00 pm
T/Th: 10:30-11:00 am & 4:00 – 4:30 pm
Friday: 10:00 – 11:00 am
Saturday: 10:00 – 11:00 am & 1:00 – 2:00 pm

LARGE GROUP TRAINING
Your body has an amazingly ability to adapt quickly and when it does, that’s when you hit the dreaded plateau and you stop making progress. At Grinder Gym we are constantly changing the large group class programming for the month and the types of workouts we do. We believe it is best to change up your workout routine each month so you can keep your body guessing. We have many different options for each workout so you never get bored repeating the same workout over and over like you would in many other programs. We are not only interested in giving you a great workout, we want to accelerate the results process.
