After all the training is complete leading up to the meet you will need a game plan for the day of the meet. Whether you are a first-time lifter or an experienced competitor, you’ll want to maximize your performance in every way possible. We provide a detailed game plan that includes warm-up charts, attempt selection/submission, loading weights during warmups, managing time between attempts, keeping track of your competition, and real-time adjustments are all elements that are addressed. Our job is to take the guesswork out of it so you as the lifter get to do what you came to do.
Meet day coaching off-site of Grinder Gym will require an additional coaching fee. These fees vary depending on travel/location, the number of lifters we are coaching, and whether or not we had already planned to attend the competition. There are no additional coaching fees for any of the events that take place at Grinder Gym. A list of events at Grinder Gym can be found on our event page here.
We can still offer a plan and provide virtual coaching to those who are competing in events our coaching team is unable to attend.
