Why Grinder Armwrestling?
We have all the free weights and machines for your strength training goals, but an armwrestler needs more than just to build strength in the hand, forearms, biceps, and triceps. Yes, we have all the armwrestling tools you need to get stronger. Beyond the hand grippers and specialized handles you also need to build specific strength and experience that only comes from gripping up with other armwrestlers on the table. Grinder Armwrestling makes up a large community of Armwrestlers in San Diego and throughout Southern California. We lift together, but we also hold hands a lot.
