Strongman is a popular strength sport that involves a variety of challenging, physically demanding events that test an athlete’s overall strength, power, and endurance. The events typically include lifting and carrying heavy objects, such as stones, kegs, and yokes, as well as events that involve moving heavy weights over a distance or for a certain amount of time. Strongman competitions are divided into weight classes, and are open to both men and women.
