At Grinder Gym we offer the equipment and instruction for the sport of Powerlifting.
Powerlifting is a strength sport that tests the maximum amount of weight that can be performed in the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift.
It is our goal to provide an inspiring atmosphere where athletes can push themselves to achieve the very best. At Grinder Gym we offer Powerlifting meets at least four times per year to give lifters an opportunity to showcase their hard work in a competitive environment. These local meets help to prepare our athletes for higher-level competition at the State, National, and International levels.
