We offer Powerlifting Classes in order to help support those lifters in our gym who are on our team programming. Not all lifters on our programming attend the classes, but for those that can make the commitment, the results are substantial. There is something special about training as a team. As an individual, you’re still very responsible for your own success, but lifters who train together are far more successful in the gym and on the platform.
We are currently looking to add like-minded men and women who are willing to encourage and push each other. We welcome the new aspiring powerlifters to the elite-level veterans. It is our goal to help you with every aspect of the sport. Our team members compete in the meets we host locally and many compete in national and international powerlifting meets.
How long are the classes?
Most of what we program for our powerlifters will take on average 2 hours, including warm-ups.
How many classes should I attend?
The team meets up together in the AM or PM session with the Powerlifting Coach 4 days per week.

There is no additional cost for the team programming or to join the powerlifting classes. You are responsible for purchasing your own training gear. Grinder Powerlifting apparel, as well as singlets, are available for purchase.
