Armwrestling Training Classes

Would you like to learn how to armwrestle?

Grinder Gym offers weekly instruction in the sport of Armwrestling. Regardless if you are new to the sport of Armwrestling or a seasoned competitor we would love to welcome you to attend training classes at Grinder Gym. In the sport of armwrestling there is always something to learn and everyone has an opportunity to teach.

Armwrestling classes typically focus on teaching the proper technique and training methods for the sport of armwrestling. These classes include a combination of strength and conditioning exercises, as well as specific armwrestling warm-ups, drills, and training techniques. Students will also learn about the different types of armwrestling equipment and how to use them properly. Additionally, classes may touch on competition training and strategies for bringing up individual weaknesses. The classes are open for men and women ages 13 and up. There are some basic requirements for participation such as good physical condition and no major injuries or medical conditions.
