EDUCATION
Armwrestling seminars are events that are focused on providing in-depth training and instruction for the sport of armwrestling. These seminars are led by experienced and accomplished armwrestlers, and include a variety of different training and instruction methods.
Some seminars may include lectures on armwrestling technique, training methods, and competition strategy, as well as hands-on training sessions where attendees can practice and improve their skills. Many seminars include demonstrations, Q&A sessions with armwrestling experts, and opportunities to practice pull with other armwrestlers.
Armwrestling seminars are beneficial for both beginner and advanced armwrestlers looking to improve their skills and take their armwrestling to the next level. They provide an opportunity to learn from experienced armwrestlers, as well as to network with other armwrestlers and gain insights into the sport.
Our armwrestling seminars are inexpensive to attend, but you will be required pre-register to secure a spot.
We have Armwrestling training and practice happening at Grinder Gym.
