Active deep stretching to target all the primary muscles and connective tissues surrounding the hips, hamstrings, upper back, shoulders, and neck. Bands, belts, and rope is used to releases tension, prevent injury, and promote flexibility, alignment, and joint mobility.
Evening Flow will bring you from one pose to the next increasing range of motion in your hips and shoulders with gentle and specific movements while incorporating relaxing breathing techniques. Increase core strength, body awareness, and balance gaining a deeper level of full body stability. A PVC pipe will be used in the class to guide the movements and increase mobility.
Beginner friendly class focusing on light stretching, foam rolling, and light dynamic floor exercises. Great for relaxation, mobility, body awareness, mindfulness and general fitness.
Dive deep into your body’s connective tissue using foam rollers, hand rollers, therapy balls, and other therapeutic tools in this restorative and rejuvenating class. Improve or maintain healthy range of motion, reduce pain, and develop a deeper body awareness in order to create lasting structural change. This class is great for beginners and is designed for all body types.
