After my personal trainer had moved to another city, I took her recommendation and joined Grinder Gym. Dave, the owner, showed me everything and anything I needed to know. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the facilities have everything you need for powerlifting, strongman, grip training, and so much more! I have already completed one powerlifting competition here, and plan to do another in October. This gym is great for all experience levels, and has a great vibe!
