Armlifting

At Grinder Gym we offer the equipment and instruction for the sport of Armlifting.

Armlifting is a sport wherein a weight is lifted or manipulated with a predominant dependence on grip strength. Armlifting began as a single-discipline grip competition, with the World Famous Ironmind Rolling Thunder, and since expanded to include multiple events, with multiple classes, opening the sport to more people.

Armlifting is an outstanding cross over strength sport. We have athletes from every strength discipline that get involved in Armlifting. A stronger grip is important in nearly every type sport.

At Grinder Gym we offer Armlifting events at the gym along with going out into the community to promote events. All our Armlifting Events are sanctioned by Armlifting USA. Many of our Athletes compete at the State, National, and International level.
