Iron Intervals

Iron Intervals will make body fat run for the hills and take your conditioning to the next level. The blend of anaerobic compound barbell exercises and high intensity interval training will challenge you both mentally and physically. There is no sandbagging in this small group workout except when you’re actually training with a sandbag. Be ready to work every muscle in your body and have your heart beating out of your chest. This workout is a real firebreather!
