Barbell Built

Wrap your hands around some cold steal and get ready to feel the burn. In this small group class you will be using compound barbell exercises to target multiple muscle groups that increase strength and add power in order that you can build lean muscle and shape your physique at the same time.

Your personal trainer will insure you properly learn to move the weight safely and effectively, while also learning how to properly breathe and create the most benefit from each workout.
