General Policy
At Grinder Gym, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and products. If you are not fully satisfied with a physical product or eligible service purchased through our website, we will do our best to make it right. Please review the following guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Physical Products (Supplements, Apparel, Equipment)
To be eligible for a return or refund on physical goods, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received
- The product must be in its original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@grindergym.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened supplements or nutrition products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Apparel that has been worn or washed
Refunds for returned items will be issued once we have received and inspected the item. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for processing.
Training Services and Programs
Due to the nature of personalized fitness services, coaching, and downloadable digital programs, we do not offer refunds once a program has been accessed or a service has begun. If you are unsatisfied with a service for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve your concerns.
Exceptions may be made in rare circumstances, at the sole discretion of Grinder Gym, and may involve partial refunds or service credits.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a personal training package, subscription, or coaching service before it begins, please notify us at least 48 hours before your first scheduled session or service start date to be eligible for a full refund. Once a service has started, no refunds will be provided unless outlined in a written agreement or contract.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval.
