Military Training Programs

PROGRAM INFORMATION

  • The Military Training Programs are all designed for Military and Tactical teams.
  • Military Training Programs are available from beginner to advanced level, designed for those with the intent on entering the military to those preparing for special forces, and/or tactical selection.
  • All training requires the use of pull up bars, dip bars, and various odd objects for lifting.
  • Many program utilize barbells, dumbbels, and kettlebells.
  • Program options are available from 3-5 training sessions per week.
  • Advanced programs require 5 days per week and may require both AM and PM sessions.
