Grinder Gym is not a franchise model.
It’s not a rotating door of trainers.
Our team is built differently.
Built on Standards. Led with Intent.
Every coach inside this facility operates under one standard:
Professionalism. Competence. Accountability.
This is a performance-based environment — and the people who coach here reflect that.
Leadership
Dave DePew
Founder – Grinder Gym
Grinder Gym was built from the concrete up.
Dave has coached thousands of individuals through strength, performance, and body transformation systems long before those systems became industry trends. As an athlete, event director, and performance strategist, he has worked across strongman, powerlifting, competitive strength sports, and high-level transformation programs.
His role inside Grinder Gym is leadership and direction:
• Culture protection
• Coaching oversight
• Executive-level programming
• Performance system development
• Strength sport event leadership
Executive Coaching under Dave is limited and application-based.

The Coaching Model
Grinder Gym operates under a professional coaching authorization model.
Our coaches are independent business professionals who:
• Maintain their own client rosters
• Operate under facility standards
• Contribute to culture and performance expectations
• Are accountable to the environment
We do not allow random training.
We do not allow unsafe practices.
We do not allow ego-driven coaching.
If a coach operates inside Grinder Gym, they’ve earned that position.
