The Sit-Up Challenge is designed to test core endurance, strength, and mental grit. This challenge measures how many proper sit-ups you can perform in a set time while maintaining correct form.
Challenge Details
- Event Type: Online and in-person challenge
- Objective: Perform the maximum number of sit-ups in the given time frame.
Rules & Guidelines
Starting Position:
- Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the ground.
- Hands must be placed behind the head or crossed over the chest.
Sit-Up Execution:
- Lift your upper body until your elbows touch your knees or the top of your thigh.
- Lower yourself back down until your shoulders touch the ground.
- Maintain control and avoid using momentum from the legs.
Counting Reps:
- Only sit-ups completed with proper depth and form count.
- No bouncing or excessive jerking motion.
Measurement:
- Total reps completed with proper form in the given time.
Video Submission Requirements (For Online Entries):
- Ensure the entire body is visible in the recording.
- Clearly announce your name before starting.
- Submissions must be unedited and recorded in real-time.
