GUIDELINES FOR GRINDER STRENGTH SPORTS ONLINE CHALLENGES
- Awards for Winners: Awards will be given to the top 3 winners in each class. Prizes and recognition will vary based on the specific challenge.
- Registered Participation: To officially participate in these challenges, you must register within the specified sign-up time frame and complete the challenge by the submission deadline. Participation requires uploading a video and adhering to the guidelines provided by the competition organizers. Completing the challenge is entirely voluntary and at your discretion.
- Safety First: Your safety is your responsibility. Do not attempt any challenges that could result in injury or death. Modify or decline participation in any challenge if it feels unsafe or beyond your abilities.
- Winning Defined: The ability to “win” or “winning” of an online competition, means achieving the highest score, ranking, or best result based on the specific criteria set by the competition organizers, essentially placing first or at the top among all participants, thereby securing the prize or recognition offered by the competition.
- Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years or older to engage in any online challenges created or reported on by Grinder Gym or Grinder Strength Sports.

There are a few ways to participate in the Grinder Strength Sports Online Challenges, these will vary based on the requirements of the organizer.
- Exclusive Grinder Gym Events: Participate in challenges held at Grinder Gym under the supervision of our officials.
- Online Challenges: Register online at grindergym.com and follow the provided guidelines to participate remotely.
- Designated Locations: Join us at specific locations, such as other gyms or outdoor venues, to complete the challenge in a group setting.
