The Bench Challenge is part of our Lifting Challenge series, focusing on the classic bench press and its many variations. Participants can showcase their skills in different formats, including barbell touch-and-go, pause bench, heavy dumbbells, and max reps challenges. It’s the ultimate test of pressing power, endurance, and control.
WAYS TO PARTICIPATE
The Bench Challenge can be offered in several ways:
- Exclusive Grinder Gym Events: Participate in challenges held at Grinder Gym under the supervision of our officials.
- Online Challenges: Register online at grindergym.com and follow the provided guidelines to participate remotely.
- Designated Locations: Join us at specific locations, such as other gyms or outdoor venues, to complete the challenge in a group setting.
