Grinder Gym encourages members, clients, and the broader fitness community to share their stories, transformations, and feedback through online reviews, social media posts, tagged photos, testimonials, and other forms of public content. This policy outlines how we handle user-generated content (UGC) submitted, shared, or otherwise made accessible to Grinder Gym through digital and in-person engagement.
What Constitutes User-Generated Content
User-generated content includes (but is not limited to):
- Social media posts that tag @GrinderGym or use official gym hashtags
- Testimonials submitted via forms, video recordings, or online reviews
- Photos, transformation images, or training videos shared with staff or coaches
- Comments, feedback, or messages shared publicly through our platforms
Consent to Use
By submitting or sharing content that mentions, tags, or is directed to Grinder Gym, you grant us the non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any format or medium, including:
- Marketing materials
- Social media posts
- Promotional emails
- Website galleries
- Printed flyers or signage
- Educational and internal presentations
We may use your name, social media handle, likeness, or location (if publicly posted) alongside your content unless you specifically request otherwise.
Moderation and Removal
Grinder Gym reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any user-submitted content that:
- Is defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or offensive
- Infringes upon the rights of others
- Promotes illegal or unsafe activity
- Misrepresents Grinder Gym or its services
- Violates another person’s privacy without consent
We may also request edits or clarifications before reposting content for accuracy and appropriateness.
No Compensation
Unless explicitly agreed in writing, submitting or allowing us to share your content does not entitle you to financial compensation, royalties, or benefits. However, we may occasionally feature creators in promotions, affiliate opportunities, or reward campaigns at our discretion.
Opting Out
If you’ve submitted content but no longer wish for it to be used or featured, please email us at info@grindergym.com with your request. We will honor removal requests within a reasonable timeframe where feasible.
