Two Hands Anyhow

Description:

The two hands anyhow is a classic old time strongman lift where you lift two implements overhead by any method, traditionally a barbell pressed overhead and a kettlebell or dumbbell lifted alongside it.

Instructions:

  1. Press one implement overhead and lock it out.
  2. Bend and pick up the second implement with the free hand.
  3. Lift the second implement overhead while holding the first locked out.
  4. Stand tall with both locked out overhead.
  5. Lower both under control.

  • Breaking position or rounding the back under load.
  • Rushing the lift instead of staying tight.
