Instructions:
- Wrap and pad the steel for safety and grip it at both ends.
- Set the steel against a strong point such as the hip or chest.
- Drive your hands toward each other to kink the steel.
- Crush the bend down by sweeping the ends together.
- Work the steel until it is bent.
