Instructions:

  1. Start with the bar on your back and a snatch grip.
  2. Dip slightly, then drive the bar up as you drop under it.
  3. Catch the bar locked out overhead in a deep squat.
  4. Stand up out of the squat.
  5. Reset and repeat.

  • Breaking position or rounding the back under load.
  • Rushing the lift instead of staying tight.
