Photo and Video Release Policy

Grinder Gym regularly captures photos and videos during daily operations, training sessions, events, competitions, and promotions. These materials may be used for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes on platforms including but not limited to GrinderGym.com, social media channels, email newsletters, print materials, and event broadcasts.

By entering the premises, participating in our programs, or submitting content, you grant Grinder Gym the right to use, reproduce, and distribute your image, likeness, and voice in photos, videos, or other media formats without compensation or additional approval.

What This Means:

• You may appear in gym footage, promotional campaigns, recap videos, or testimonial content.
• These images may be edited, published, or repurposed in the future.
• You waive any right to inspect or approve the final product.

Opt-Out Options: If you do not wish to appear in any Grinder Gym marketing materials, please notify us in writing at info@grindergym.com. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request.

Minors: For individuals under the age of 18, parental or legal guardian consent is required for photo or video use. We do not knowingly use or publish images of minors without a signed release form.
