PROGRAM INFORMATION
- Tailored for Competitors: Our MAS Wrestling Training Programs are perfect for those who currently compete or wish to compete in the sport of MAS Wrestling.
- Integrated Training: These programs are designed to be run alongside various strength training blocks, ensuring a comprehensive approach to overall fitness and specific MAS Wrestling skills.
- Essential Equipment Access: The programs require access to barbells, dumbbells, a pull-up bar, axle bar, power bands, and specialized grip strength equipment to maximize your training effectiveness.
- Technique Practice: We recommend practicing techniques 2 to 4 times per month at a local Strongman or MAS Wrestling Club for optimal skill development and refinement.
