If you’re new to Macebell training, don’t worry! Our classes cater to all fitness levels. Beginners should start with a lighter Macebell, typically around 7 to 10 pounds, to master the technique before progressing to heavier weights. Safety is our priority, so we’ll guide you through proper warm-ups, technique, and progression to prevent injuries.
