Level 1 – Gym Access
For self-directed lifters who want access to a real strength facility.
Includes:
• Full access during operational hours • Use of racks, platforms, bars, and specialty implements • Strongman, powerlifting, armwrestling, and grip equipment • Members-only pricing on events, seminars, and supplements • Access to the Grinder Gym training environment
This is for individuals who know how to train and want a serious place to do it. Paid in full and monthly options are available.
Level 2 – Gym Access + Programming
For members who want structure and progression.
Includes everything in Level 1 plus:
• Structured performance-based programming • Goal-specific pathways (strength, hypertrophy, fat loss, performance) • Built-in progression systems • Accountability and tracking • Technical guidance and feedback
You don’t guess. You follow a plan.
Multiple service options available, ranging from personalized programming to small group training options.
Level 3 – Executive Coaching
Direct high-accountability coaching.
This tier is limited and application-based.
Includes:
• Fully customized programming • Direct coaching oversight • Performance analysis and strategy • Sports Nutrition integration • Competition or event preparation (if applicable) • Priority communication and scheduling
