Instructions:
- Stand facing a sturdy box or bench holding the weight.
- Place one foot fully on the box.
- Drive through that heel to step up, bringing the other foot up.
- Step back down under control with the same lead leg.
- Repeat for the desired reps, then switch legs.

- Letting the knees cave inward.
- Rounding the lower back.
- Cutting the depth short.
- Rising onto the toes instead of driving through the heel.
