Prone Quad Stretch

Description:

The prone quad stretch lengthens the front of the thigh while lying face down.

Muscles Stretched:

  • Quadriceps
  • Hip Flexors

How To Perform:

  1. Lie face down on the floor.
  2. Bend one knee and reach back to grab that ankle.
  3. Gently pull the heel toward your glute.
  4. Keep your hips pressed into the floor.
  5. Feel the stretch and hold, then switch sides.
