How To Perform:
- Step into a deep lunge with one foot forward and the back knee on the floor.
- Press your hips forward toward the front foot.
- For more stretch, reach back and pull the rear foot toward your glute.
- Feel the stretch through the front of the rear thigh and hip.
- Switch sides and repeat.
