NO-REPS

A no-rep is called for any of the following:

Not reaching the landmark at the shoulder. Hands exceeding head level during the backswing.

Forearms not reaching parallel or lower to the chest during the catch.

Mace touching the ground during the swing. Leaving the designated platform area. Dropping the mace.

Judges have the final say on all scoring decisions.

RULES & GUIDELINES

Use a mace within your designated weight category. Start with the mace in a resting position on the ground.

Complete a full 360 swing by bringing the mace behind your back, over your head, and back to the start. Each completed 360 swing counts as one point.

The mace must remain in your control at all times. A drop or release resets your count to zero.

You may switch hands, but the mace must remain in constant motion. Complete your swings within the designated time frame.

The highest count in each category wins.
