EVENTS
There are three events.
- Sorinex Saxon Bar Deadlift
- Country Crush 2″ Handles Deadlift
- Pinch Medley (points awarded for each successful lift; athletes can lift in any order): IronMind Block Buster, various plate pinches, and various blobs
AWARDS
Medals for the top three finishers in each class.
SANCTIONED EVENT
This is an Armlifting USA sanctioned event. You will need a current Armlifting USA membership at the time of weigh-in.
WEIGHT CLASSES
Men
- 120 kg (265 lb+)
Women
- 100 kg (220 lb+)

Entry will only be acknowledged once payment is received.
No refunds.
SCHEDULE
Weigh-ins
Weigh-ins are the morning of the contest, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
ENTRY FEES
$40 online registration ($50 day of contest)
Up to 50 spaces available. Your entry will not be accepted until full payment has been received.
