PROGRAM INFORMATION

  • The Classic Feats of Strength (FOS) Training Programs are available from beginner to advanced level, designed for those who currently compete or wish to compete in Feats of Strength competition.
  • All training programs will require access to barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells.
  • Programming will require constant skill progression. Participants will need to spend hours watching training videos on various lifts to improve on technique.
  • Training options are available in 3-5 day training sessions per week.
  • Training options are available as add on templates to Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting, and Strongman programs.

  • Vertical Bars (1 to 2″ v-bars)
