The deadlift is the ultimate test of full-body strength and mental grit in powerlifting. This page outlines benchmark standards based on gender, weight class, and equipment category. Whether you pull conventional or sumo, raw or equipped, these standards help lifters assess training level and competitive potential.
All lifts are assumed to be performed with proper lockout and meet-legal execution. These standards reflect consistent performances across tested and non-tested meets at the local and national level.
