21 Inch Viking Deadlift WDC Standard

The Viking deadlift is a WDC-sanctioned deadlift discipline pulled from a 21-inch competition height off the wheels. Below is the official WDC standard for the lift, including the approved bar and loading guidelines used at Grinder Gym.
