Lying Quad Stretch

Description:

The lying quad stretch lengthens the quad and hip flexor while lying on your side.

Muscles Stretched:

  • Quadriceps
  • Hip Flexors

How To Perform:

  1. Lie on your side with your bottom leg straight.
  2. Bend your top knee and grab that ankle behind you.
  3. Gently pull your heel toward your glute.
  4. Feel the stretch along the front of the thigh and hold.
  5. Roll over and repeat on the other side.
