minute or 10-minute time frame.

SWINGING WINS!
• Judging: Each competitor will be judged by a certified coach who will
ensure proper form and count repetitions.
No-reps will be called for:

• Hands exceeding head level during the backswing.

• Judges will have final say on all scoring decisions.

• Participants must use a mace that falls within their designated weight
category.

ground.
• The participant must complete a full 360 swing by bringing the mace
behind their back and then swinging it over their head and back down
to the starting position.
• Each completed 360 swing will be counted as one point.
• The mace must remain in the participant’s control at all times. If the
mace is dropped or released, the participant’s count will reset to zero.
• Participants may switch hands during the competition, but the mace
must remain in constant motion.
• Participants must perform the 360 swings within the designated time
frame (5 or 10 minutes).
