18 Inch Deadlift WDC Standard

The 18-inch deadlift is a WDC-sanctioned deadlift discipline pulled from an 18-inch competition height off the wheels. Below is the official WDC standard for the lift, including the approved bars and loading guidelines used at Grinder Gym.

Rules
  • ✓Apollon wheels or custom made wheels.
  • ✓If wheels are short, use mats or platforms underneath them to gain championship height.
