Challenge Details
- Event Type: Online and in-person challenge
- Objective: Achieve the longest jump possible from a standing position.
Rules & Guidelines
- Starting Position:
- Stand behind a clearly marked takeoff line with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Both feet must be behind the line before takeoff.
- Jump Execution:
- Use a two-foot takeoff without any running or stepping into the jump.
- Swing your arms and bend your knees to generate momentum.
- Land on both feet without losing balance or stepping forward.
- Measurement:
- Distance is measured from the takeoff line to the backmost heel upon landing.
- Jumps must be recorded on a flat surface with a visible measuring tape or marker.
- Video Submission Requirements (For Online Entries):
- Ensure the entire body and measuring surface are clearly visible.
- Clearly mark the starting and landing positions.
- Announce your name before attempting the jump.
- Submissions must be unedited and recorded in real-time.

Scoring System
- Your best recorded attempt will count toward the leaderboard.
- In case of a tie, the second-best attempt will be used as a tiebreaker.
