RULES:
WAF Setup & Rules
Double Elimination
We are using the Combat Armsports Tables. We will run two tables.
The Tournament will be run as follows:
08:00 AM – Weigh-in SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 30TH
10:00 AM – Weigh-in Cut Off.
10:30 AM Check-in, Rules, and confirm your place in the Brackets.
11:00 – Supermatches then Start Tournament…
AMATEUR & MASTERS MEN LEFT HAND
Run all amateur and masters men from lightest to heaviest left hand all the way down to the winner. Then run the overall heaviest to lightest. Next, hand out awards and take professional photos.
AMATEUR & MASTERS MEN RIGHT HAND
Run all amateur and masters men from lightest to heaviest right hand all the way down to the winner. Then run the overall heaviest to lightest. Next, hand out awards and take professional photos.
3:00 PM – Start Women’s Classes
WOMEN LEFT HAND
Run all amateur and pro women from lightest to heaviest left hand all the way down to the winner. Then run the overall heaviest to lightest mixing amateur and pro. Next, hand out awards and take professional photos.
WOMEN RIGHT HAND
Run all amateur and pro women from lightest to heaviest right hand all the way down to the winner. Then run the overall heaviest to lightest mixing amateur and pro. Next, hand out awards and take professional photos.
4:00 PM – Start Pro Men’s Classes
PRO MEN LEFT HAND
Run all pro men from lightest to heaviest left hand down to top 3.
PRO MEN RIGHT HAND
Run all pro men from lightest to heaviest right hand down to top 3.
PRO MEN FINALS & OVERALL
Run pro men finals from lightest to the heaviest left hand. Next, run the overall heaviest to the lightest left hand. Next, hand out awards and take professional photos.
Run pro men finals from lightest to heaviest right hand. Next, run the overall heaviest to lightest right hand. Next, hand out awards and take professional photos.
We hope to complete the tournament in 5 hours. After pulling will be available until 7 PM.
Curl competition begins after armwrestling tournament. Free to enter for anyone pulling in the tournament.
FOOD:
We will have drinks and snacks for sale. There will not be a food vendor on site. There are several places nearby within walking distance. You are allowed to bring in a cooler. You can also set up a pop-up in the parking lot for your comfort. Keep the gym area clear of all food.
PARKING:
The Grinder Gym Parking lot will fill up quickly. You must NOT park in the parking lots of any business that is open. Because this event is on a Sunday most of the nearby businesses will be closed on the day of the event and you can park there.
