Novice Class

Masters Class is for everyone over the age of 40 years old. You will compete in the open weight class and are also competing against all masters over 40.

Novice Class is anyone who has never placed in a powerlifting meet before. You will compete in the open weight class and will also compete against all novice athletes.

Weigh-ins:

Same-day weigh-ins 10:00 am.

Rules:

Straps Allowed.
Sumo Allowed.
Suits Allowed.
Hitching Allowed.
Costumes Encouraged.
Singlets Not Required.
Must Lockout.
Down Command Required.

Prizes:

• Awards for the top three finishers in each class.
