$60 Online Registration. ($70 day of contest). Contest T-shirts are provided with preregistration.

This is an Armlifting USA Sanctioned event. You will need a membership to Armlifting USA at the time of the weigh-in.

- 90kg (198lb)
- 100kg (220lb)
- 110kg (242lb)
- 125kg (275lb)

WOMEN
- <60kg (<132lb)
- 70kg (155lb)
- 80kg (176lb)
- >80kg (>176lb)
Open classes will remain regardless of the number of entries. All other classes must have a minimum of 3 athletes or the weight classes are subject to being combined.
WEIGH-INS:
Weigh-ins will be on the morning of the contest from 8:00 am to 12 noon.
No refunds.
AWARDS:
- Medals for the top three finishers in each class.
