Volunteer Roles
We need enthusiastic and reliable volunteers for various roles, including:
- Event Setup and Breakdown: Help with preparing competition areas, setting up equipment, and organizing the venue.
- Spotters and Loaders: Ensure athlete safety by managing weights and assisting during lifts in competitions like powerlifting and strongman.
- Judges and Referees: Oversee events to ensure rules are followed. Training may be required for specific roles.
- Scorekeeping and Timing: Accurately record results and manage timing for events.
- Registration and Check-In: Assist athletes with sign-in and distribute event materials.
- Athlete Support: Provide guidance and assistance to competitors, ensuring they’re ready and prepared for their events.
- Crowd Management and Hospitality: Help spectators enjoy the event and ensure the venue remains organized and welcoming.
Who Can Volunteer?
- Strength sports enthusiasts eager to contribute to the community.
- Individuals 18 years or older.
- Those who can commit to punctuality, reliability, and professionalism.
- Prior experience in strength sports is a plus but not required. We’ll provide training and guidance as needed!
How to Volunteer
Step 1: Fill Out the Volunteer Application
Submit your details through our Volunteer Application Form. Let us know about your interests, availability, and preferred roles.
Step 2: Attend Volunteer Orientation
Once selected, attend a brief orientation session to familiarize yourself with event protocols, expectations, and safety procedures.
Step 3: Join the Team on Event Day
Show up with a positive attitude, ready to contribute to an exciting and successful event.
