Grinder Strength Sports Records and Weight Classes

Grinder Strength Sports Records are tracked for men and women in multiple weight classes and age groups. However, some Grinder Strength Sports Competitions will combine two or more weight classes in order to offer more competition for the athletes. When a Grinder Strength Sports Competition is sanctioned by a third party organization, that organizations weight classes will be used for the competition. Each competitor in a Grinder Strength Sports Competition, regardless of their weight class for the competition, will have an opportunity to establish Grinder Strength Sports Records based on the weight class they qualify for at the time of that event. For a Grinder Strength Sports Record to be recognized, it must occur during a Grinder Strength Sports Competition. The Grinder Strength Sports Competition does not need to be held at Grinder Gym in order for a record to be established. The competitor does not need to be a member of Grinder Gym in order to establish a record. At this time there are no additional “membership” fees associated with Grinder Strength Sports Competition beyond the event registration fees.
