Media Pass Eligibility
To be eligible for a media pass at Grinder Gym events, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Professional Affiliation:
- Must be affiliated with a recognized media outlet, such as a newspaper, magazine, television station, radio station, or online publication.
- Freelancers must provide proof of assignment from a recognized media outlet.
- Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in covering sporting events, fitness competitions, or related activities.
- Intent to Publish:
- Clear intention to publish or broadcast the coverage of the event in a professional manner.
Application Process
To apply for a media pass, please follow these steps:
- Submit an Application:
- Fill out the Media Pass Application Form available on our website. Provide all requested information accurately and completely.
- Provide Credentials:
- Include a letter of assignment from your editor or producer on official letterhead.
- Freelancers must provide proof of assignment and two samples of previously published work.
- Submit a Portfolio:
- Include links to or copies of previous work that demonstrates your ability to cover similar events.
- Provide Identification:
- Attach a copy of a government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.).
- Submit Application:
- Email your completed application and supporting documents to us at least two weeks prior to the event.
Media Pass Guidelines
Once approved for a media pass, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Identification:
- Wear your media pass visibly at all times during the event.
- Conduct:
- Maintain a professional demeanor and respect the athletes, coaches, staff, and spectators.
