Grinder Gym offers high-demand training programs, challenges, group sessions, and events that may reach full capacity. This Waitlist and Enrollment Policy outlines how we manage participant enrollment, waitlists, and priority placement for our in-person and online services.

Enrollment and Capacity Limits

Certain programs, events, or service tiers may be limited to a specific number of participants to ensure quality and safety. Enrollment is generally processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and once full, a waitlist will be activated.

Your enrollment is confirmed only after:

  • Full payment is received (if required)
  • Required forms or waivers are completed
  • Confirmation is sent via email or platform notification

Grinder Gym reserves the right to deny enrollment to individuals who fail to meet eligibility requirements or who are not in good standing with the gym.

Waitlist Process

If a program or service reaches capacity:

  • Interested participants may join the waitlist by completing the designated form or request.
  • Waitlisted individuals will be contacted in order of sign-up if a spot becomes available.
  • If you are contacted, you will have a limited window (usually 24–48 hours) to confirm your spot before it is offered to the next person on the list.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee placement, nor does it secure pricing, bonuses, or limited-time offers unless explicitly stated.

Priority Enrollment

Grinder Gym may offer early or priority enrollment to:

  • Returning clients or past program graduates
  • Members with active service agreements
  • Participants referred by staff or coaches
  • Those who joined previous waitlists but did not get in

Priority access does not exempt anyone from payment deadlines, form completion, or general eligibility.

Transfers and Hold Requests

If you’re accepted into a program but can no longer participate:

  • You may request a one-time transfer to a future round of the same program, space permitting.
  • Transfers are granted at the discretion of Grinder Gym and may be subject to administrative fees.
  • Program credits are non-transferable to other individuals without prior written approval.

Hold requests are typically not allowed for one-time or limited-capacity events unless specified otherwise.

Communication and Updates

We recommend that all waitlisted individuals monitor their email closely. Grinder Gym is not responsible for missed notifications due to spam filters or outdated contact information.
