Overview
From time to time, Grinder Gym may conduct raffles, contests, giveaways, or promotional sweepstakes (collectively referred to as “Promotions”) online, in the gym, or through affiliated events. These Promotions are designed to reward community engagement, build excitement, and support Grinder Gym’s mission to help individuals grow stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Participation in any Promotion constitutes acceptance of this Raffles and Contests Policy, in addition to any specific rules or terms provided for a particular Promotion.
Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated, Promotions are open to:
- Legal residents of the United States
- Individuals 18 years of age or older
- Members and non-members who meet entry requirements
- One entry per person, unless specified otherwise
Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Grinder Gym and Dave DePew Enterprises, Inc. may be excluded from certain Promotions at our discretion.
Entry Guidelines
Entry methods may include (but are not limited to):
- Completing an online or in-person form
- Attending a workshop or event
- Sharing a social media post
- Referring a friend
- Participating in a fitness challenge or check-in campaign
No purchase is necessary to enter or win any raffle or contest unless specifically stated and compliant with state/local laws.
Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected randomly or based on clearly defined criteria (e.g., performance, creativity, or completion of a challenge). The method of winner selection will be communicated before the start of each Promotion.
Winners will be notified via email, phone, or social media message. If a selected winner does not respond within the specified timeframe (typically 3–5 business days), another winner may be chosen.
Prizes and Disclaimers
Prizes may include but are not limited to:
- Free membership or training sessions
- Supplement or apparel bundles
- Event tickets or merchandise
- Cash-value gift cards (subject to availability and substitution)
All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value unless otherwise stated. Grinder Gym reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
Winners are responsible for any taxes, fees, or expenses not explicitly covered by the prize.
Disqualification
We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- Provides false information
- Attempts to manipulate or unfairly influence the outcome
- Violates gym rules, social conduct, or Promotion terms
- Submits inappropriate or offensive content
All decisions made by Grinder Gym regarding eligibility, selection, and disqualification are final.
Use of Likeness and Testimonials
By entering a Promotion, participants grant Grinder Gym permission to use their name, likeness, before-and-after photos, testimonial, or entry content (where applicable) for promotional purposes on the website, social media, or marketing materials without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
No Guarantee or Endorsement
Promotions are offered for fun, engagement, and community building. Winning a contest or raffle does not imply an endorsement of Grinder Gym products or services. Likewise, participation does not guarantee any fitness result or future benefit.
Legal Compliance
All Promotions will be conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Where necessary, appropriate permits will be secured for raffles or drawings.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Limitation of Liability
By participating in any Promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless Grinder Gym, Dave DePew Enterprises, Inc., its officers, employees, agents, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation, prize use, or related activity.
